Our staff members has what we call the, " Sweet Spot Position. " This position is when someone puts him/herself inside the tight space that is between the lines of having fun and being professional. You see, as a staff member myself, I can truthfully say that not one of us is perfect. Even the perfect staff member, the one who sits in the center; the one who has fun, is active, is professional, and interacts as much as possible with the community; even this person would have places where they could improve. We all just work together to better each other, to be greater managers for the label/artist.
